Distress Ink Background using Masking and Sponging technique
Hi all! I have used masking and sponging technique to create this card. First, I
created a mask for the top and bottom using Washi tape and sponged the
rest using Peacock Feathers and Peeled Paint distress inks. I then stamped
the butterfly image and sentiment on the colored panel. Both the
butterflies and sentiment are "Direction of Happy" stamp set from Unity Stamps.
I then removed the masks and scored three
lines above and below the sponged area and mounted it on a black card stock. Finally, I added some liquid pearls and
rhinestones. Hope you like it.
